• Monitor and serve as the main point of contact for the webmaster email account; trouble-shooting site or user errors both externally and internally.
• Content gap analysis; proactively identify new content needs based on user needs, brand strategy, and analytics.
• Use social intelligence and content analytics to inform future topics and optimize engagement.
• Research and analyze industry changes/developments in search engine marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field required.
• 3+ years experience in website production and web content management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is required.
• Fluent in all things related to lead generation (including marketing automation software such as Marketo and Eloqua), CRM, email marketing, user experience, and engaging digital content.
• Proven knowledge of SEO principles, methodology and tools.
• Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it affects SEO.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS-driven websites.
• An eye for detail with a high standard for quality in the creation of communication and process documents.
• Manage projects and time efficiently and display excellence in business communications, both written and verbal.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

Depending on your areas of study and interest, you'll work on our desktop, web, mobile, 2D/3D visualization, imagery, or core server team.
 
We seek students who are majoring in computer science and have knowledge in one or more of these programming languages: C++, C#, .NET, Silverlight, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, or web and/or mobile technology; no GIS required!
