Support Minnesota’s young women to become the next generation of information technology talent

Minnesota State – IT Center of Excellence, along with our business and organization partners, seek financial sponsors, prize donations, job shadow and internship offers, and exclusive year-round engagement opportunities to inspire, engage, and empower young women in computing/IT

Here’s your chance to show you support the next generation of women in Minnesota’s vibrant computer/IT industry. Your generous support provides program participants year-round opportunities to develop skills through activities that include professional mentors and job shadow experiences. Many of the young women receive award recognition, access to paid internships, college scholarships and media recognition of their accomplishments.  All award honorees are provided numerous donated prizes. The next top-level awards ceremony is the evening of April 15, 2020 at Vadnais Heights Commons.

Becoming a sponsor: what’s in it for you?

You and your company will play a significant role in attracting more Minnesota women to IT careers, the surest way to enlarge and enrich the future IT talent pool in the state. Imagine the head-start this provides Minnesota’s young women in high school to pursue an IT education and career … and then capitalize on the opportunity for your company to have unparalleled access to the BEST up-and-coming talent.
