Keep in Touch and Keep Moving Forward!

Keep in Touch and Keep Moving Forward!

We can’t believe that we are at the end of another academic year, where does the time go! Seems like just last week we were organizing Cyber Defense Challenge and Data Derby. We are now only 5 weeks away from CSi Bootcamp and Data Bootcamp!

For those that will be attending one of our summer Bootcamps, GREAT, we can’t wait to see you! If you are not able to join us for one of the bootcamps we want to make sure you stay in touch and keep moving forward!

For those of you not connected with us yet, there are many ways to stay up to date on everything we offer.

IT Connect

IT Connect: Community is a collaboration platform specifically designed for the unique needs of connecting with each other. This platform was designed to help the Tech community of Minnesota continuously connect, collaborate, present challenges, and share solutions.

As part of IT Connect you will get the first emails and notifications on events, blogs, internships, or other information we have to share. You can ask us questions and be part of the ever growing group of Students and Industry Professionals that have joined and are now connected in conversation and activities.

Social Media

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and You Tube! We have something for everyone. From our updates on Facebook and Twitter to our Pages on Linkedin and You Tube, you can be an active part of our conversation! Find us, like us and keep in touch!

Moving Forward

Many of you have asked ‘what should I be doing to keep up on IT during my breaks’? This is easy, stay involved and look for ways to move yourself forward. I challenge each of you to do one thing this summer that will make you stand out in the future. That may include getting an internship, volunteering, creating a website, developing your LinkedIn Page or gaining an Industry Certification. Whatever you can do to be one step ahead of the competition gets you that much closer to your future success and goals!

When it comes to Certifications, there are many to choose from. Here is a quick cheat sheet that will help you determine what you could do first!

And as always, never forget to ask! We are here to help you be successful; so ask questions, come in for a mock interview, let us know what you need! Keep moving forward!
