NEW and IMPROVED IT EXPLORATION MATERIALS REVEALED for FALL 2018 USE

IT Exploration curricular materials are undergoing a facelift to become even more attractive for secondary educators and students. Here’s what’s new for 2018-19:

  • The Game Design module has been redeveloped (Game On!)
  • The existent System Administration (Hardware and Networking) module are enjoying a healthy split with each separate module boasting new content
  • In response to consumer demand, digital citizenship, and careers modules are in development
  • Existing modules; Security, Analytics, and Software Development are being updated
  • All the ITX materials will align to Precision Exams Standards (Developed from CompTIA Standards) for the Exam titled “Information Technology Introduction – 801” (see Precision exam information technology blue print)
  • All of this…and IT’s still FREE? –   Absolutely!

In a 1 day workshop on August 14th, participants will be introduced to the revised IT Exploration curriculum and have an opportunity to network with other users. Hands on activities will be used for both new and experienced instructors to explore the student activities in the curriculum. All sessions will be taught by current IT Exploration users and it is a free workshop.. Come learn, explore and experience the Revised IT Exploration curriculum. Register today.

Session 2: Dive into hands-on student activities, resources, and revisions within the Modules listed below. Time for lesson planning and collaboration to develop curriculum will be available during this session.
