Interviewing to Get the Job: “In what aspect would you like to improve?”

This is another version of the “what is your greatest weakness” question. To keep your answer upbeat and positive, mention an aspect of your discipline that is 1: cutting edge and 2: not essential to the job you are interviewing for (although it should be relevant).
