Interviewing to Get the Job: “Are you applying for other jobs?”

This is another time to keep your answer honest and short. For example, “I am looking for a change and [name their company] is the place I’d like to be.” Then support why this is so with an example from your research (their values, business model, whatever it may be) and how your experience or skills or knowledge fits so well with it.
