Female Tech Talent Abounds in Minnesota High Schools – Announcing Award Honorees
Each spring season the Minnesota State IT Center of Excellence is delighted to announce the remarkable female technology talent that is flourishing in our state high schools and communities. This year 116 of Minnesota’s finest students with technology interests and aspirations were selected by national and state review teams to be recognized as Aspirations in Computing honorees. This marks the 9th award season.
Visit this webpage to discover the tremendous technology talent in our midst.
We celebrate Top-Tier Aspirations in Computing Honorees the evening of April 14 at a high-quality virtual ceremony from 6:30-7:45pm. Use this zoom link (password: Cheers!) to join the celebration, and feel free to invite your colleagues and friends; anyone with an interest to support young women to become our next, best Minnesota-grown technology talent.
We also celebrate Rising Star and Certificate of Distinction honorees during events on April 24 and May 1. We thank the Minnesota Twins and General Mills for leading these events, respectively. You will note there are zoom links to join the recognition portion of those celebratory events as well.
