During the summer of 2016, a group of faculty from the Minnesota State System and other institutions, working under the sponsorship of Advance IT Minnesota, developed a widely endorsed report on the challenges facing IT educators:
Renewing the IT Curriculum: Responding to Agile, DevOps, and Digital Transformation
The report identifies five competency areas IT, IS, and computing educators should consider in designing next-generation curricula:
On Friday, November 18th, Advance IT will host a virtual conference featuring several report authors presenting on their approaches to the new digital world.
