Minnesota Computers for Schools (MCFS)

Ages 14-adult

Minnesota Computers for Schools recycles and repairs donated computers and repurposes them for people in need.  Classes are also offered in the community to provide students with technology skills, certifications, and opportunities to succeed.

CORE I.T.

Free classes that teach  professional skills development along with basic digital literacy, computer recycling and refurbishing, fundamentals of computer technology, networking, and security, how to assemble computers and how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.  Upon completion, students are eligible to earn a free laptop.

Tech Connect

Do you need a computer for educational purposes, distance learning, or applying for jobs; but cannot afford one?  Apply for a free computer.

Learners of any age who lack the technology necessary to complete school work or participate in remote learning are eligible.
